Job Title Support Analyst



What is the opportunity?

Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographic time zones. The country employs a global operating model to maximise efficiencies across time zones and supports a 24/5 operations.

As a Support Analyst, he/ she would be responsible in providing business functional support for our in house build application called SARA. The role can be defined as providing application-specific expertise in the actual and potential functionality of a software application as it applies to and supports business operations. Specialized expertise requires in-depth knowledge of an application and its usage as well as good understanding of business operations. This Senior role would require leadership skills and the ability to manage complex issues in day to day support or project based task.

Working hours - Multi shift based hours. (Rotational basis)

08.30am - 05.30pm

02.00pm - 11.00pm

What will you do?

Subject Matter Expert in Providing Application Functional Support & Application Administrative Setup.

Testing (Investigations & Post Implementation Reviews PIV).

Training, Documentation Maintenance & Process Improvement.

Supporting Project Task & Escalations.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Post-secondary education with an IT concentration or equivalent experience.

1 - 3 Years working experiences in Application Support and Functional Support with some related experience working on UNIX/Linux - AIX platforms, configuring SFTP connections, with application operational support experience, Putty & WinSCP

Working experience of enterprise environment TWS Job and Job schedules

Good understanding of IT systems & environments, in particular of the target application platform which is 'in-house' based.

Previous experience in an application analyst/support role is preferred.

Effective communication with strong fluency in English.
