Support Engineer Maintenance And Project
Job Description
Develop and implement production plans, material planning, inventory control, work-in-process tracking, capacity planning, and variance control.
Manage production scheduling to ensure timely delivery while minimizing inventory.
Observe department performance, provide guidance, and step in when necessary.
Lead, train, and support team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Identify improvement opportunities within the department to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and maintain continuous improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
To fabricate material or product that request from project and maintenance department
To plan, arrange lorry for delivery material to the dedicate location or site
To appoint sub contractor to perform the work
To plan manpower and material execution work at site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
