Job Summary:
The Support Service Assistant provides administrative, operational, and customer support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of organizational services. The role involves assisting staff, clients, and visitors while maintaining high standards of service, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management
Assist staff with daily operational and support service needs
Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain accurate records, logs, and databases
Support scheduling, coordination of meetings, and preparation of materials
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Support service delivery activities as assigned (e.g., reception, clerical tasks, logistics)
Follow organizational policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Certificate or diploma in administration or related field (preferred)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
