: \xef\x82\xb7 Create a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish (for example, salmon, tuna, unagi) \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi \xef\x82\xb7 Select fresh fruits and vegetables to make high-quality dishes (like avocado, mango and carrots) \xef\x82\xb7 Add additional flavors to sushi rolls with ginger, rice vinegar, wasabi and soy sauce, when appropriate \xef\x82\xb7 Manage food prep activities, like boiling rice \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare appetizers, soups and salads that are close to the philosophy of Japanese cuisine \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed \xef\x82\xb7 Recommend new, modern recipes, like sushi burgers \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Candidates possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Culinary Arts is an added advantage \xef\x82\xb7 At least 3-5 years experiences as a Sushi Chef \xef\x82\xb7 Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work both fast and accurately \xef\x82\xb7 Able to work in team \xef\x82\xb7 Availability to work including evenings, weekends, and public holidays \xef\x82\xb7 Flexibility to take on various shifts Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
