We are looking for a Sustainability Executive to manage respective sustainability related (Plastics, Carbon Zero and any other projects) project implementation and to ensure its targets are delivered with full operational compliance. A day in the life of Sustainability Executive... To manage sustainability projects execution on sitep To ensure operation is implemented as according to Nestl 's Business Principles To manage the budget and estimate costs allocated for the projects To collaborate with local authority and stakeholders To work closely with Legal Departments to prepare Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with respective stakeholders or Business Partners To validate Framework Order for Business Partners before approval To establish plan and conduct site audit/visit to monitor progress and quality standards To report monthly status progress of each project in a structured and defined manners To ensure deadlines are met within defined timeline To support and assist Sustainability Lead to identify collaborative opportunities, cross industry and stakeholder driven platforms and projects that can help to deliver the strategy To ensure Nestl Best Practices (Labour Practices, Safety regulations etc) are in-placed for the project sites What will make you successful Technical/Environmental background Able to evaluate and highlight risk Highly organized, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask in order meet deadlines and keep projects on track and within budget allocated Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Chart, Graph) Excellent time management ability Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities (external stakeholder engagement) We are Nestl , the largest food and beverage company.
