The ESG and Strategic Engagement Specialist is a critical member of our Sustainability team which is responsible for advancing the Baker Hughes\' environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) strategy and performance . You will work collaboratively across the business to track progress and report our ESG performance. You will also provide significant analytical support for Carbon Out, our premier employee-led enterprise emissions reduction program , a s well as leading investment analytics for our strategic engagements . Partner with the best As the Specialist - Sustainability Strategy , you will be responsible for : D ata collection, management, and analysis for Sustainability (ESG) reporting, including but not limited to: presentations, survey responses, regulatory disclosures , and verifications. Lead the financial analytics on strategic engagements, including: forecasting, planning, and reporting membership fees for strategic associations calculating and reporting return on investment. Support the regular reporting cadence for the Carbon Out program, including: weekly report-outs to leadership , delivered project status, and calculator updates. Working with the business to develop scalable processes to collect and report on environmental data, including: greenhouse gas emissions, targets, roadmaps and solutions. Optimizing internal procedures, particularly in developing and maintaining proper data collection and reporting controls, given systems and reporting framework maturity . As requested and as directed from management , a ddress queries for ESG data or other sustainability-related topics Maintain ing positive, proactive relationships with key stakeholders Given the changing landscape of global ESG reporting regulations, this role could be expanded to support the company\'s compliance with those activities. This could involve multiple aspects of the ESG data collection process including: monitoring, expediting , summarizing, and communicating progress at regular intervals to ensure Baker Hughes meets ESG reporting requirements in various jurisdictions .
