Role summary Supports climate product-related activities by collecting and verifying relevant data in specific data types and utilising specialist knowledge to advise and mentor analysts. Able to drive improvement initiatives or run projects that could bring impact to the business operation. Role Responsibilities Build specialist knowledge in specific data maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the intricate nature of the data type. Collects sophisticated, market-specific data from various market sources verifying authenticity, accuracy and relevancy. Provides advice and mentorship across several departments within TPI Data Operations and across the organisation on own specialist data types. Understands and appropriately applies TPI Data Collection policies, procedures and controls. Perform quality control on collected data, implement quality check processes to deliver high quality data. Drive improvements on Quality Control aspects as improve efficiency of quality control, enhance methodology by identifying market trends and mentor junior. Identifies, recommends, and supports implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to the Data Collection framework. Be adaptable to all client queries by developing a detailed plan to handle client queries and requests to develop confidence from customers. Raise level of responsiveness through the business opportunities and raise issue to corresponding teams. Acts as a Team Leader for a group of Analysts when required. Minimum Requirements Previous experience in a data collection role, climate methodology. Possess experience in sustainability and/or climate change related field Possess Knowledge in climate change Possess language ability to read and understand Mandarin. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience Key experience in Sustainable Investments Data Ability to drive key initiatives and bring process improvements into day-to-day operations Excellent written & spoken English language skills, with strong interpersonal skills Good organizing skills and ability to prioritize work to meet delivery requirements. Preferred Skills Experience in client service handling and training Other languages skills like Japanese, Korean etc Have process improvement experience. Have interpersonal communication/development skills. Able to work independently.
