Job Description
- Proficiency in backup systems, antivirus software, and network diagnostic programs
- Competence in mail software
- Familiarity with Mattermost and Slack
- Experience in maintaining office equipment and providing user support Understanding of network security concepts, including configuring firewalls, setting up VPNs, and implementing intrusion detection systems
- Performing updates for system and application software;
- User support by effectively resolving issues;
- Managing and prioritizing ticketing systems and tasks;
- Procuring equipment and conducting audits.
