About this opportunity

We are now looking for a System Performance & Tools Analyst (Support Coordinator) to handle, configure and administrate tools, performance reporting and to support process management and contract management admin. Working closely with MOAI S&R Community (CU CS Head, SDM, CTM, Domain, SE..) to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of S&R services towards Ericsson\xe2\x80\x99s customers within the MA. Champion and drive MOAI S&R Operational Excellence including working with other MA\xe2\x80\x99s to lever off their market efficiencies and standard processes. Working closely internally within MOAI S&R BO to support common function such as Performance, Lifecycle Mgmt., 3PP, Problem Management and Resource Management at the MA level.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Demonstrate excellent Common Function Understanding.
• Demonstrate excellent Customer skills
• Excellent change management skills.
• Ability to work closely with other teams within MOAI e.g. Local S&R Support teams (SE), MOAI S&R LT etc.
• Demonstrate ability to lead teams towards common goals.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Proven Ability to work under pressure & time constraints.
• At least 5 years of experience from Support Services, Network Operations, within the Telecom or similar industry.
• Fluency in English and understanding local language an advantage.
• Awareness of cultural diversity within the Market Area.
