$ 2,700.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Post Graduate degree, Professional degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, knowledge in oil and gas is advantageous.
Applicant must be willing to work in Kuching
Applicant must be willing to work in shift (Morning/ Afternoon/ Midnight)
Applicant should be Sarawakian or hold relevant residence status.
Affinity with software development preferably with understanding of software development cycle.
Knowledge in SQL is preferred and is added advantage
Communication
Good command of English Language (Written & Oral)
Spanish speaking will be added advantage
Able to communicate effectively at all levels and to work with a diverse group of employees.
Able to work on shift, travel and work beyond the normal business hours when required.
Team player, fast learner and pay great attention to details
Able to work under pressure
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Good interpersonal skill

Responsibilities:
Support Sales in implementing Lean Automated Reporting, advise and monitor implementation
Recommend and document improvements for the automated reporting services
Train and assist HD for day to day maintenance tasks and troubleshooting
Requirement to perform tasks out of normal business hours periodically are to be expected.
Handle inbound calls, preliminary troubleshooting and simulation of issues and gather basic troubleshooting information
Log and follow up on Open tickets in the IDS ticketing system and provide timely status updates to customers
All other services as may be reasonably required of a person serving in a similar capacity of competent ability.
General \xe2\x80\x93 to undertake such additional / miscellaneous duties from time to time to assist the Help Desk team and IDS Group function effectively as a whole.
