Job Description

Position: System Support Engineer /SDK Technology (Software support) Tenure: 2 years contract (Renewable basis) Salary: Up to RM 4000 (RM 400Training allowance + RM 500 Shift allowance) Working Location: Shah Alam Working Hour: Night Shift Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to Esri end users through effective communication and efficient troubleshooting.
• Resolve technical issues related to Esri developer products.
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• As a Subject Matter Expert, author and tech edit knowledge articles available to internal and external users.
• Identify issues and log defects for software improvements.
• Work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs require.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other relevant field depending on position level.
• Prior experience with Esri developer products such as Arc Objects SDK for .NET, ArcGIS Pro SDK, or ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET
• Strong knowledge of C# or VB.NET
• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English language including grammar, punctuation, and consistency.
• Ability to patiently communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service through efficient troubleshooting, analyzing, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in software support or technical customer service.
• Strong prioritization skills including managing time and workload efficiently.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly, retain large amounts of information and adapt to a changing work environment.

Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
