Salary range: RM2000 - RM3500
Job Duties & responsibility:
Support customers over the phone, online or face-to-face, to assist on set up systems or resolve issues.
Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
Provide training and up to date information & solution to customers.
Maintains professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops provided
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Qualifications:
Male/Female, Age: 21-35
Diploma/Degree in Computer/IT, Electronic or Equivalent
Experience in related field, Security System Industry added advantageous
Able to communicate in English/Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Able to work independently & multi-tasking
Computer literate
