MODERNLMS is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in the Moodle Support team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations Support: Monitor and maintain the functionality of the LMS platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless operations.

Customer Query Resolution: Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries related to LMS usage, technical issues, and general inquiries.

Training Ability: Can train customers on product knowledge

Detailed Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of support interactions, technical solutions, and common issues.

Excellent Follow-Up Skills: Demonstrate exceptional follow-up skills to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Requirements:

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of LMS functionality and technical troubleshooting skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no aspect of a customer query or technical issue is overlooked.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work seamlessly within a team.

Work Ethic: Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Workplace: On-site role located in the KLCC area. This is a work-from-office position.
