It ensures service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs, striving for positive customer feedback.What will you be doing?This role addresses stakeholders\' requests and ensures a resilient service through effective alignment with CM.Works in conjunction with team members to ensure smooth delivery.What will you need to be successful?We are seeking a graduate with a relevant degree or MBA for an operations role within Smith & Nephew Global Business Services (GBS). The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a Japanese support role and possess certification as a Japanese Language professional.The role requires a minimum of two years of experience in Japanese Language support. The candidate must be a Japanese Language expert, capable of delivering accurate and effective procurement processes and controls, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs, and addressing stakeholders\' requests efficiently.You.
