Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, referrals, campuses, and professional networks
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
Lead full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and offer negotiations
Strengthen employer branding through content creation, events, and online engagement
Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline development
Conduct post-onboarding feedback and recommend improvements
Monitor and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)
Provide data-driven insights and support continuous improvement initiatives
Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance regulations
Support with recruitment presentations, reports, and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Experience with hiring agencies (preferred)
Proficiency in productivity tools and database management
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience in recruitment strategy development and employer branding
