Purpose of the Position This position will be responsible for 100% staffing of ZP Therapeutics Malaysia, and Brunei. Manage the expectations of stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the lifecycle and develop a robust and forward-thinking candidate pipeline and sourcing strategies. The position also must foster long term relationships with top talent, passive and active for the diversified roles in the organization. Advocate for both hiring managers and candidate throughout the hiring journey provide an inspirational and authentic perspective in all touchpoints. Balance different considerations: hiring speed, maintaining a high talent bar and value-add to unique culture. Negotiate salary fixation and prepare offer proposal as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Design recruitment strategies and work with hiring managers to attract diverse candidates with the right skills and capabilities for current vacant positions. Where necessary manage fast past recruitments that may or may not be within the standard guidelines/policies and ensure targets and timelines are met for both volume as well as niche hires. Develop a thorough understanding of the business, hiring manager needs and specific talent pools. Work with the key stakeholders to advise on the future direction of talent acquisition, giving key input on budgets, strategies and timelines. Manage all internal and external recruitment activities including promotions & internal mobility. Provide general training and direction related to a talent acquisition process or system for HR professionals as well as hiring managers within the business. Actively pursue all channels (internet, networking, social media, etc.) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each role. Actively study and provide talent insights & EVP for each role, to ensure the company keeps up with times and market offerings. Collaborate with Human Resources partners and business customers to ensure excellent candidate experience. Ensures meeting corporate brand image throughout recruiting campaigns. Develops and implements recruiting plans to open requisitions within competitive cost per hire. Ensures company staffing requirements are met in accordance with governmental requirements. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. 6-7 years in Human Resource Management, with at least 4 years in hands on experience in Talent Acquisition. Good knowledge of Malaysia and Asia talent market competition including supply-demand landscape and trends. Have strong executive presence where one inspires confidence with the team, peers, senior leaders and customers that are being engaged. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
