As an in-house TABP you will be the key recruitment person of contact for Hiring Managers in several APAC countries. You will be a member of our Global Recruitment team based in Malaysia, China, Poland and US and you will work closely with hiring managers, other recruiters, candidates and various other teams e.g. HR, Comp & Ben, Operations.

Main accountabilities:

  • Conducting the full recruitment process for - including briefing, sourcing/attraction, interviewing, preparing offer proposal and offering candidates, assuring positive candidate experience
  • Responsibility for various positions (main focus on commercial roles, manufacturing, quality, finance, shared service) in several countries in Asia & Pacific with focus on strong hiring manager partnership and talent attraction.
  • Educating our hiring managers on roles and responsibilities as well as recruitment process at Elanco.
  • Planning, propose and apply sourcing strategies and methodologies to assure robust talent pipelines.
  • Learning local specifics of Elanco sites in assigned countries and our Elanco recruitment process.
  • Solving issues that may appear in the recruitment and hiring process and system by engaging the right HR or Comp & Ben parties.
Requirements:
  • Solid track record in in-house talent acquisition or RPO.
  • Experience in direct liaison with hiring managers, meeting their needs and guiding them through the process.
  • Experience in creating salary proposals.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail, ease with systems, multiple internal processes, and corporate guidelines.
  • Effective interviewing skills.
  • Experience with recruitment systems and willingness to learn are essential to this role. Familiarity with WorkDay would be a plus.
  • Ability to deal with remote stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Fluent English speaking skills. Other Asian language would be a plus.
