HR Manpower Responsibilities Strategic Manpower Planning: Engage in manpower planning, ensuring optimal staffing for various projects across Malaysia. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve workplace issues, fostering a positive work environment. Performance & Training Management: Oversee performance appraisals, identify training needs, and coordinate both external and internal training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. HR Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring all activities are compliant with labor laws and company policies. After-Hours Availability (when required): Remain accessible and responsive to important work-related calls and tasks outside of regular office hours, ensuring continuous support and coordination for critical business needs. Proactively plan and coordinate manpower based on project needs and timeline. Perform telemarketing tasks to grow client base (during low project period). Remain available for critical work calls and tasks outside normal hours as needed Proficient in problem-solving and collaborative teamwork. Contribute to company growth and personal skill and career development. Perform other work duties as assigned. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Good in Bahasa Malaysia. At least 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, HR, or a related field. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong telephone etiquette. Good in computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite). Local Malaysian, preferably from Klang, Selangor, with own transportation and accommodation. Responsible and Punctual. Adaptable, able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure (need to work within project timelines). Able to work independently and take-charge to resolve issues.
