Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Performing talent sourcing and manage the entire recruiting cycle for corporate SEA Office.
  • Drive and manage the entire recruiting cycle for office hiring.
  • Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisement and managing responses.
  • Administer recruitment documentation, reports, and statistics for analysis.
  • Support the execution of internship program and other recruitment platforms.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by line Manager.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of working experiences in retail industry.
  • Energetic, with a high sense of initiative, and high ability to work independently, deal with multiple tasks, tight timelines and prioritise.
  • Practical in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition and strong level of communication, verbally and written.
