As we continue to expand, we need a passionate talent acquisition executive to source key technical talents to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s long-range plans.
Responsibilities
- Source for potential candidates and assess their technical competencies
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process
- Continuously build talent pipeline for company talent needs
- Assist in career fairs, career talks, employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives
Key Qualifications
- Background in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent
- Experience in talent acquisition
- Technical hiring experience is a plus
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Outgoing and result-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel for business purposes when necessary
