Looking to hire someone who falls under the generation Y/Millennials who are passionate, agile, driven with passion & can come up with a lot of crazy ideas. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements in order to meet hiring needs on a timely basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing (initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, face-to-face, online and/or group interviews to deliver headcount targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with recommendations to the hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in recruitment marketing programmes i.e. career talks and job fairs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the potential Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare recruitment reports in order to monitor and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and complete the recruitment administrative functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adopting effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drive the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Come out with creative employer branding contents and initiatives from time to time subject to the overall company hiring/operational needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time. Job Requirements: 2 years of management experience in Human Resources. A human resources practitioner with good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect people regarding all HR matters. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic, and personable. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources or any other related courses. Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and HR software programs. Experience in the payroll system will be an added advantage. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
