Your role

• Source for potential candidates for the hiring team.
• Carry out initial CV or phone screening for candidate applications
• Post job ads through online job portals, recruitment sites, social platforms etc.
• Organise candidates\xe2\x80\x99 data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in an internal database.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed.
• Support relevant People & Culture initiatives / projects.
• Support office management roles as needed.

Your profile

• A degree in human resources management, organisational psychology or a related field.
• Prior experience in sourcing talents in the advertising industry will be a huge advantage
• Excellent computer literacy skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks without needing micromanaging.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organisation and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters
• Excellent time management skill
• Proactive and take initiative to seek out new challenges that foster your growth and development
• Positive thinking, or an optimistic attitude
