Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team\'s efforts to attract, identify, and hire top talent for the organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process and contribute to the growth of the company\'s workforce.

What you will need to do:

Sourcing and Screening:

• Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates\' interest, availability, and basic qualifications.

Candidate Engagement:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Workday system.
• Update and manage the Candidate Pool in Workday.

Assistance in Recruitment Activities:

• Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus visits.

Administrative Tasks:

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the recruitment process.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
