  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team.
  • Work alongside marketing and communication teams to maintain a unified employer brand message.

  • Utilise data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics and global hiring trends to company leadership.

  • A bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent certification
  • A minimum of 5 years\' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a comparable position
  • Previous involvement with a recruiting firm or agency is advantageous
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Thorough understanding of candidate selection strategies
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing
  • Deep understanding of role-specific requirements within the company
  • Strong documentation skills, ability to document processes, and stay updated on industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
