AIA, a world-class company dedicated to building a better future, is seeking an individual with a track record of positively influencing talent acquisition outcomes to join our dynamic Human Resources team.As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be in charge of managing the entire recruitment process, starting from finding and evaluating candidates to extending offers and helping them integrate into our organization. You will have the chance to establish effective methods and procedures that guarantee a varied and exceptional pool of talent to fulfill our ambitious hiring objectives. Working closely with our internal collaborators and external partners, you will create and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet our present and future business requirements. Alongside managing the recruitment process, you will also have the opportunity to develop and mentor a team of junior recruiters.Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Running the recruitment end-to-end process, from role briefing to onboarding
  • Implementing proven methods and measurable goals to attract top-notch professionals
  • Collaborating with businesses and external parties to develop talent acquisition strategies
  • Conducting talent sourcing and coaching junior recruiters
  • Ensuring up-to-date information and analytics are provided through effective reporting
  • Driving an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Maintaining adherence to hiring procedures and policies
  • Providing talent market insights to the business and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Supporting campus recruiting and branding initiatives
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of recruitment experience in both in-house and agency settings.
