One of the multinational companies is hiring Talent Acquisition Manager based in Bintulu. You will be responsible to handle full recruitment activities. Opportunity for mass hiring will be provided for company expansion planning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, filtering and shortlisted candidates for interviews & hiring.
- Organize career fair or job fair to fulfil company recruitment needs.
- Building good relationship with various departments for manpower planning.
- Understand market hiring trends, communicate with relevant parties for hiring purpose.
- Bachelor\'s Degree required in any discipline, and preferably in Human Resource Management.
- At least 8 years of recruiting experience with proven track record of mass hires in various positions.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel for recruitment activities.
- Willing to work at Bintulu, Sarawak.
