Seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive our talent acquisition efforts in Johor Bahru. This role will be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the continued growth of the organzaiton.

• Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of talent acquisition specialists.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Employer Branding: Build and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent.
• Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their talent needs.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights to inform recruitment strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent, especially in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferably for efficient communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
