Job Description
:
- Responsible for the whole end-to-end process of the recruitment cycle.
- Handling the reporting of recruitment tunnel, supervising the activities and KPI, issues identifying.
- Handling and engaging with the stakeholder to support all sorts of hiring needs.
- Specializing in executive or white collar recruitment, able to do headhunt from LinkedIn or other job portals.
- Leading and guiding team.
- Able to speak multi-language (Mandarin, and English).
- Consulting/Headhunt experience would be highly preferred.
- Experienced in using HRIS before and managing a team of 5.
- Strong analytic skills, great problem-solving, sharp personal approach.
