Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
General knowledge of the Malaysian Labour Law and practices

Responsibilities
To develope and execute a strategic recruitment plan, employee relations to cater the needs of manpower due to business expension.
Recruit the right talent for identified positions through a strategic recruitment process to ensure that manpower needs of the Company are met within a specified timeline.
Analyse, search, and implement new sources of recruitment to establish an active and passive candidate recruiting to ensure that the Company has a consistent supply of suitable talents.
Able to identify talent and position IT based on stgrengths and job requirement.
Act as the main contact person with hiring managers/business partners on all matters related to talent recruitment in a manner that will support their manpower and business operation\'s needs.
Document and maintain all applicants\' and interview database to ensure that HR internal databank is up to date to optimise talent search efforts.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks as well as recruitment platforms
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

Identify and carry out staff engagement initiatives for all staff in a manner that will enhance their motivation level and support the creation of positive organizational climate.
