This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a passion for assessing operational activities to adapt best practice and contribute towards continuous improvements.What this job involves:We are seeking a highly skilled resource to join our team. As a TA Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing data analysis, identifying key trends and insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business strategies and decision-making in the commercial real estate industry. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather data requirements, perform data cleansing and manipulation, and develop analytical models and dashboards. You will be responsible for stakeholder management and service delivery through our shared services centers. You will also supervise end to end recruitment process and work on enhancing the current process for all involved parties. You will be responsible to run various TA related projects based on requests from business/TA/HR etc.Key Responsibilities:

• Governance of TA Services team and deliverables of tasks within specified SLA
• Run TA related projects
• Working closely with stakeholders to streamline existing processes
• Offer to Onboard processes to run smoothly
• Technology enhancement

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource, or a related field.
• Proven 3-5 years experience in TA operations, preferably in a commercial real estate or related industry
• Strong proficiency with data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
