This role is responsible for sourcing the best talent for all roles supporting Informa Tech across the APAC region.

Role is ideally based in Penang, however open to remote work. This is a 2 years fixed term contract.

You will support with full 360 recruitment process and act at true talent partner to the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with people leaders at all levels of the business to deliver outcomes, manage expectations as well as identify current and future talent in the market.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the people leaders, their business and the business needs
  • Work proactively to build a robust talent pipeline to support the business and talent needs for the region.
  • Provide stakeholders with a short list of quality, directly sourced candidates, in a timely manner and cost effective manner
  • Conduct interviews over the phone and face to face (where possible) to assess candidate's suitability to the Informa competencies
  • Display outstanding candidate care at all times always looking to improve the candidate journey
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement for recruitment processes including planning, sourcing, assessing and reporting.
  • Develop the execute strategic and creative sourcing strategies using the recruiter tool kit, job boards, referral program to attract best talent in the region
  • Contribute to building the Colleague Value Proposition for Informa in the region
  • Full input to TA team strategic projects, eg Employer branding, internal mobility etc
  • Contribution to the TA role in pre boarding and onboarding
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin e as you will be required to conduct interviews in both languages.
  • Minimum 3 - 6 years of relevant recruitment and direct sourcing experience in Asia.
  • A reliable, dedicated, committed and service oriented team player
  • A successful track record of direct sourcing candidates
  • Ability to build trust based, value added relationships with key stakeholders
  • Meticulous and organised and commits to deadlines
  • Multi-tasking, independent & team player
  • Effective communication skill
  • Self-driven and initiative
  • Experience working in a Global business
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and change (and embrace it)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, IT literate.
