Our client is a multinational firm who has established its IT Shared Services to support the APAC region. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their strong and fun TA team.
The purpose of the role is to partner with the business to attract, hire, and onboard the best people.
The role involves collaborating and consulting with business leaders and hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plans.
The job holder works with the HR Business Partners to research, identify and attract external talents to Hilti through various executive sourcing, networking, and search strategies designed to diversify and develop the external talent pipeline.
True business partnering skills, with the ability to bring market insights to your stakeholders and a delivery-focused mindset.
Experience in using social media to attract candidates and developing innovative posts to illustrate an employer\'s brand
A good understanding of what makes a great candidate experience and the ability to put this at the heart of everything you do

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor\'s degree
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition and/or recruitment
Experience recruiting for IT positions is an added advantage
Must be open to a renewable contract
Strong stakeholder management
