Job Details:

Position : APAC Talent Acquisition Partner

Company Background : Water Testing Instruments

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0800 to 1730)

Working Location : Persiaran Industri Taman Perindustrian Sri Damansara, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid schedule)

Working Duration: 12months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic RM3,000 - RM5,000 (based on qualification & experience) with statutory contribution + insurance & leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Any Full-time graduates/ MBA\'s
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of full-cycle corporate consultative recruiting experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working for APAC recruitments (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand) in sales and marketing roles
  • Experienced with Workday recruiting tool is good to have or any other recruiting tool will be an added advantage
  • Good at stakeholder management and vendor management
  • Experience using different job boards and social platforms for sourcing, screening and for candidate search
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting talent, by building networks to promote employer brand to candidates.
  • Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability to develop successful business partner relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidates.
  • Business acumen, the ability to understand how the position s/he is recruiting for fits into the business/department.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e., compensation negotiation, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies, etc.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior management, candidates, and hiring managers.
  • Hybrid work arrangement options are available.
JOB TASK
  • Manage all facets of the recruitment process to meet the talent acquisition metrics defined for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Deliver the best hiring manager and candidate experience through the recruitment process
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including initial research and planning phase, candidate identification/sourcing, assessment, development and presentation, offer and close
  • Recruit and fill job reqs for all functional groups including sales, marketing, service, supply chain & corporate role
  • Update and maintain accurate information within the ATS (Workday) and our internal tools
  • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
  • Use our recruiting and social media platforms to promote our company to potential candidates.
