Job Description
Our client is a trusted consulting and technology services partner providing digital, technology and consulting services that enable the modern global enterprise. Client\'s HQ is in Seattle.
:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, engagement, screening and hiring
- Work closely with a team of Project Managers and recruiters and hiring teams in a fast-paced organization for Malaysia, Singapore and China
- Managed a team of 5 recruiters from Malaysia, Singapore and India
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates, hiring teams, and recruiters by acting as the coordinator
- Organise recruiting events as needed
- Possess at least a Diploma from recognized tertiary education institution
- Has at least 3-5 years in managerial role of working experience in recruitment
- Possess knowledge of international or global sourcing
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Able to converse fluently in Mandarin, need to support Project Manager from China
- Experience in recruiting IT Developer, programmer, machine learning, AI, Data talent will have an added advantage
- Preferable someone who has experience in supporting recruitment for Singapore, Malaysian returning from Singapore will have an added advantage
