Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bThe Talent Acquisition Senior Partner is responsible for leading the full lifecycle recruiting process, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and partnering with business leaders to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive hiring excellence in a fast-paced environment.Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
  • Work with Head of Talent Acquisition to implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends and competitive landscape.
Full Lifecycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback, maintaining clear communication, and fostering a respectful interview process.
  • Represent the company brand and culture effectively to potential candidates.
Data and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Mentor and develop junior recruiters, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Lead recruitment projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function.
What you need for the role
  • Minimum 8 years experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Sensitive with the latest hiring trend
  • Ability to take rejection as the motivation
  • Passionate in emerging technology hiring is always the plus
