To evolve and deliver on Avanade\'s 5 year growth strategy, \'Ambition 2025\'s strategic focus is on attracting the Best Talent., We are seeking a team of in-house specialists dedicated to strategic sourcing, delivering the best talent for Avanade Japan.

You will be responsible for contributing to and delivering on innovative sourcing strategies turning passive talent to active candidates and becoming the storyteller of our Employee Value Proposition promoting Avanade and its\' incredible culture.. You will identify, engage, nurture and attract top talent by building strong lasting relationships with your candidates to respond to immediate and future demand.

Day to day, you will:

  • Partner with the Avanade Japan Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to define candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.)enabling you to commence the sourcing process
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies and source qualified candidates, leveraging multiple mediums (e.g., job postings, LinkedIn, events, referral campaigns etc.)
  • Support your candidates through the Avanade recruiting process supporting them through a fantastic candidate experience.,
  • Deliver appropriate communication / messaging to applicants and candidates as required
  • Monitor sourcing and performance metrics along with feedback from your candidates, TA partners and Hiring Managers.
You will Bring:
  • A Growth Mindset and the drive to succeed.
  • Previous recruitment and/or sourcing experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluent English and Japanese skills are essential.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the hiring profiles
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Experience recruiting applicants with ""hot"" (tech) skills (a plus)
  • Developed skills in negotiation, persuasions research
  • Developed knowledge of the variety of recruiting channels
