• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various functions.
• Sourcing and Recruiting: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to find potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria.
• Employer Branding: Enhance the company\'s employer brand through targeted marketing campaigns and a positive candidate experience.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and processes.
• Onboarding: Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
