Come, join us on this journey!This role supports the business to ensure a smooth delivery of the objectives by delivering recruitment projects that aim to attract and hire the right talent as well as build new capabilities within the organization.

  • Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify appropriate recruitment channels and organise and conduct all relevant steps in the recruitment process
  • Create and implement search strategies in line with global recruitment guidelines and agreed with local markets (posting vacancies, searching, evaluating, and testing candidates)
  • Research, identify and approach qualified candidates, conduct screening interviews and present long and short lists to hiring managers and HR Business Partners
  • Advise Line Managers on relevant market trends, presents insights regarding recruitment status/trends, candidate funnels.
  • Contributes with insights to the quarterly performance reviews for the markets in the allocated region
  • Build an external network of high calibre candidates across key functions and proactively anticipate hiring needs
  • Deliver customer-oriented candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout each recruitment process with a focus on high touch candidate contact, speed, and consistency of delivery
  • Responsible for the process and controls accuracy, ensure timely and accurate data input into recruitment support systems, responsible for reporting data accuracy
  • Regularly track and determine effectiveness of recruitment plans and change direction if approach requires modification
  • Conduct recruitment projects from start to finish, continuously monitor own performance, and look for ways to improve
  • Create and updates reports using the recruitment system and other applications
  • Initiate conversations around continuous improvement and offer support on CI projects
  • Advise on social media and digital strategies to attract high-quality candidates against defined criteria
Experience Required
  • 1- 2 years of experience in end to end recruitment
  • Experience in candidate identification techniques, including researching/sourcing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced and complex international organization
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, strong commitment to learn and develop
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Psychology preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent English skills (Level C)
