Manage the end-to-end hiring process for roles in Finance and non-finance related to execute the company's plans for expansion;
Work closely with the recruitment team in Singapore to understand the business expectations, and specific requirements of individual hiring managers;
Strategically source active and passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring;
Approach suitable candidates and screen against competencies and criteria of each role;
Serve as the primary point of contact for active job seekers, passive candidates, and other related avenues;
Review and revise JD to ensure job fit;
Assist the HR team in other engagements as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in full recruiting cycle for Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Tax, etc professionals;
Experience recruiting in high volume or outsourced service roles will be an added advantage;
A goal-oriented approach to work, proactive and take initiatives;
Team-player with positive learning attitude and self-motivated
Good interpersonal and communication skills with fair negotiation skills;
Highly organised and detail oriented.
