Position overview

We are looking for a results-driven and energetic person to join our multicultural HR team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and local HR Team to understand their staffing needs.
• Prepare and post jobs on appropriate job boards/local media/young talent networks.
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants.
• Evaluate applications and screening candidates as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Organize and coordinate following interview process.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Participate in Employer Branding projects.
• Work closely with other HR team members and provide system training where needed.

Required skills and experience

• 1-3 years of successful work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, understanding of staffing & recruiting processes.
• Sourcing and headhunting experience and skills.
• Experience with social media sites such as LinkedIn.
• Knowledge about SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
