About the job Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is a leading MNC automotive company with global presence and they are looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a contract role with option for renewal on a yearly basis.

:

• Demonstrate recruitment best practices and lead recruitment initiatives
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies

• Screen talent pools to confirm qualifications including: experience, knowledge and attributes, interest, job fit, total reward requirements and work authorization
• Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively source qualified candidates
• Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online database, employee referrals, internal databases, associate networks, etc.
• Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by analyzing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement
• Work with HR Manager to prepare HR related letters as and when necessary
• Update employees and contract staffs information in HR System.
• Scheduling and conduct employee onboarding to new hires including advise new hires on HR related questions, prepare new hire kit and etc

Requirements:

• \xef\xbb\xbfBachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.

• Highly motivated , resourceful and well-organized with good documentation skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.\xef\xbb\xbf
