Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/HR or related disciplines
Min 3-6 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house talent acquisition), preferably within medical device, healthcare, pharma industry
Full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
Ability to identify and address recruitment challenges creatively and efficiently
Strong time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships
Ability to foster internal and external relationships and manage competing demands
