Supports the local HR Manager on the end-to-end hiring process from entry to mid-level and coordinates to ensure the smooth operations of the HR & Admin department by adhering to the Company's approved policies & procedures.

Tanggungjawab

Sources, identifies, and presents shortlisted candidates for positions at all levels from entry to mid-level to Hiring Managers;
Coordinates all face to face interviews following the availability of hiring managers and candidates.
Partner with hiring managers in the selection process, where appropriate by attending interviews to support hiring managers including providing all the necessary links and forms;
Initiates and follows through on selection of candidates by assisting performing reference checks and preparation of the package simulation;
Initiaties to create, coordinate and deliver all the required process and items for all on-boarding and off-boarding staff.
Coordinates and delivers all the identified HR administrative supports with Headoffice HR and the relevant parties.
Supports and clarifies users' queries on HR systems like E-leave and E-appraisal and etc;
