Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Lead, develop and provide direction to the market Talent Acquisition team.
• Provide highly effective and efficient recruitment and selection services throughout the market countries.
• Manage and execute end to end mid to senior hiring within the market countries.
• Maintaining consultative relationships with business stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage SLA\'s and KPI\'s across the market countries.
• Design and implement market recruitment strategy and provide thought leadership to address Talent Acquisition challenges and improvement needs within the framework of the Global guidelines.
• Drive operational excellence acting as a technology champion, lead in optimizing TA technology and driving effective processes.
• Deliver recruitment improvement initiatives.
• Utilize performance metrics and dashboard reporting to enable the most informed data driven decisions are taken.
• Train HR business partners and key stakeholders on the best methods for candidate selection.
• Review and improve on employer branding strategies in the market countries.
• Provide insights into the talent market and ongoing hiring trends to deliver the most effective recruitment outcome.
• Develop and oversee programs on entry level hiring, such as interns and graduates.

About You

• You have experience in leading Talent Acquisition teams and strategy?
• You are passionate about finding the best talent and exploring the best ways to do so?
• You have strong experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and process improvement and you would like to take your career further by pursuing a role in a global environment?

Ideally, You meet the following hiring criteria:

• At least 5 years of experience on a similar role and similar industry, preferably coming from global business, professional or financial services company.
• Prior experience of working in a large, global, matrix organization on a senior Talent Acquisition role.
• Previous people leader experience managing team of at least 5 people.
• Collaborative, influential, and motivating skills.
• Effective in working with senior stakeholders, understanding requirements, and troubleshooting and implementing solutions to complex recruitment challenges.
• Proficiency in creating reports to monitor metrics to drive desired results.
• Preferably experience in project management techniques and tools.
• Must have excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with high degree of ambiguity.
