Work closely with the businesses in achieving their business objectives through upskilling/ reskilling agenda Act as a trusted advisory with stakeholders and work effectively with peers, supporting workforce capability effort in country and regionally as and when required. Develop and implement workforce capability assessment methods, tools, and processes Collect, summarise information and provide data analytics for more informed decisions in talent and performance management system Prepare, support, and communicate performance management cycle, talent reviews, competency mapping and career marketplace initiatives Support and evaluate job roles against current and future workforce capability needs for career marketplace and talent projects Develop insightful presentation derived from data analytics and HR /Talent metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualisation tools Develop communication material/information for talent programmes and OD initiatives Establish relationships with senior leaders to build trust and understand their learning and talent needs. Qualifications Job Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, General Business, Information Technology, or related fields. 5+ years in workforce transformation, consulting expertise, programme management or related field Added advantage with an expertise in facilitating meeting/ webinars, e-learning, digital, distance learning at a variety of levels Passionate in people development and effective stakeholder engagement skills with ability to drive results Strong planning and organisational skills, along with high attention to detail, budgeting and strong execution. Determined and driven, along with tenacity and flexibility to drive change mindset and challenges Act with high integrity, professionalism and committed in establishing a culture of community and respect at our workplace.
