Functions :

• KPIs/FRONT END
• \xe2\x80\x9cPersonal Placement" : To fulfil talent order assigned by the company ( Negotiable)
• \xe2\x80\x9cTDS" : To prospect, acquire proven recruiters as our Recruiter Partners (\xe2\x80\x9cRP\xe2\x80\x9d) ) who are seeking a more flexible hours and working environment + better incentives payout and support them to grow to work @ anywhere
• To train, SUPPORT ( BD & Sourcing), emotional handling, motivate & manage end result where to ensure overall performance of RP/Introducers are meeting KPIs.
• "White Knight" : To be in charge of "2nd Consultant /White Knight" programme
• PAPER WORK/BACK END
• To report and present weekly performance analysis and propose improvement ( including SOPs, new product, technology etc) and to to organise the necessary meetings.
• To prepare and verify RS\xe2\x80\x99 incentives payout.
• Other incidental to ensure the smooth running performance of Recruiter Partners \xe2\x80\x9cRP\xe2\x80\x9d
• Optional :-
• Business development and new products development could be part of the job functions to ensure a better growth support to Recruiters

Requirements :

• Target driven and goal oriented
• Proven track record in executive search industry is highly desirable
• Someone who enjoys non routine assignments and various exposures at different stages
• Someone who enjoys seeing and supporting talent growth
• Good planner and executor
• Prior experience in training/ and good PR skills are highly desirable
• Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
• Enjoy challenges and solutions oriented
• Good attitude, strong flair in English language and ability to communicate in Chinese

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
