1. Developing a future strategy for Performance Management (PM) and Organizational Development (OD) that aligns with both internal and external requirements, such as the business plan, talent strategy, and market-competitive compensation.2. Crafting and evaluating policies, methodologies, and tools in accordance with the group\'s HR strategy, taking into account a comprehensive understanding of legal requirements, innovative practices, and industry standards.3. Advocating for the importance of PM and OD across all business units and consistently seeking opportunities to enhance the PM and OD offerings and overall experience to support business performance.4. Aggregating and applying performance metrics and analytics to guide decisions in PM, OD, HR, and overall business operations, with the goal of enhancing effectiveness.5. Developing a group-wide Performance Management (PM) and Organizational Development (OD) strategy and continuously assessing its effectiveness in relation to company performance and employee engagement.6. Creating and implementing a PM and OD plan and associated activities to facilitate the short and long-term growth of the businesses.7. Taking the lead in driving a comprehensive PM and OD cycle program that encompasses various components like goal setting, performance appraisals, performance improvement plans, feedback and coaching, succession planning, change management, culture and leadership development, organizational communication, and mobility.8. Establishing policies and procedures for PM, OD, and Mobility that align with and promote the company\'s culture and vision.9. Cultivating a high-performance and engaged work culture between managers and employees by fostering alignment with PM and OD philosophies and principles through effective communication.10. Utilizing data analytics and cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives in the domains of PM and OD, as well as HR.Great remuneration and rewards culture|Strong career succession opportunities1. Hold a minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, combined with 5 years of experience in leadership roles within the realm of Performance Management (PM) and Organizational Development (OD) in Malaysia, with exposure to managing PM and OD frameworks in manufacturing.2. Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis throughout the entire project life cycle, starting from proposal development, through implementation, and into the governance phase.3. Exhibit a profound understanding and expertise in formulating and implementing PM and OD policies, procedures, and practices, particularly in areas like incentive programs, benefits, salary management, and workforce mobility.4. Possess practical experience in spearheading change management efforts and effectively communicating during significant transformations of PM and OD programs or projects.5. Skillfully interpret local legislative modifications, assess their local implications, and offer viable solutions in response.6. Showcase exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients and interact effectively with Senior Management and external stakeholders.7. Capably engage, influence, and work autonomously with leaders at both the Group and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) levels.8.
