Job Description

MISSIONContribute to tax compliance work for the dedicated CBUs in Asia and Oceania countries. Facilitate in both internal and external tax reporting and to assist in tax projects and internal tax planning.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Tax Compliance and Reporting

• Prepare both direct and indirect tax returns and ensure they are lodged before their statutory due date.
• Prepare tax computations as required to file for tax payments in compliance with local tax regulations.
• Prepare and finalize annual statutory and tax disclosures with local tax teams.
• Execute internal tax reporting, forecast and analysis, as well as tax provision.

Tax Planning and Projects

• Provide the local tax team to provide tax related advisory.
• Support the local tax team on tax planning projects and tax risks management.
• Support and coordinate in cross-function projects.

Transfer Pricing (TP) Reporting and Planning

• Assist local tax team on routine TP documentation.
• Support the TP review based on the global schedule.
• Support ad-hoc TP / benchmark studies.

Relationship with Authorities

• Support in dealing with tax audit and tax defense.

Internal Control / Learning

• Prepare and SOPs to document tax positions and work processes.
• Keep updated internal control procedures and provide documents for DanGo.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or above degree, preferably with finance, accounting tax, law majors xe2x80x93 CPA qualification
• At least 3 years experience in dedicated tax area
• Big 4 Tax experience will be a plus
• Working experience in MNC SAP knowledge
• High integrity and discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner and committed to excellence
• Immediate starter will be a plus
