Requirements

• Open to all Fresh graduate and SPM leavers in any field
• Fresh graduate in Certification, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Special Needs Education will be an added advantage
• Ability to handle children / special need children.
• Patient, caring and love
• Able to work with a team and perform job assigned by Supervisor
• Positive attitude and responsible character.
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.

• To provide care and supervision for children in the centre.
• To assist children to wash, dress and feed themselves;
• To assist in the preparation of materials and equipment for children\'s lesson plan
• To assist supervisor / teacher / therapist on the execution of session plan
• To help children with their behaviour and guiding them.
• To observe and monitoring children\'s improvement and capabilities.
• To records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served and medications administered.

• Training shall be provided by reputable trainer from HQ.
• KWSP, SOCSO, EIS
• Transportation Allowance
• Medical Benefit including dentist, eye-care, etc.
• Overtime Rate
• Outstation Rate for work outside centre if required
• Yearly Bonus and Commission based on Company Financial
