We are hiring a rockstar leader to be based in Klang Valley. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing management strategies in the Shops Vertical (non-food) Account Management function. As a Team Lead, you will collaborate with different external and internal stakeholders to drive growth of key accounts and develop strong relationships with partners. Responsibilities Tasked with the ownership and care of a team of Key Account Managers and Account Managers, you will be expected to support: Building and nurturing relationships with key brand accounts to plan product assortment, pricing, promotions, and campaigns on foodpanda, with the aim of achieving sales targets. Analyzing and presenting weekly performance metrics to management, actively participating in weekly and monthly business reviews with partners. Collaborating with brands to plan monthly promotional calendars, collecting feedback, and leading post-campaign performance reviews. Negotiating with partners to secure resources and drive account growth. Keeping a close eye on competitors promotional campaigns and reacting quickly. Developing an understanding of market dynamics, identifying trends, and supporting the team in developing strategies to grow foodpanda shops sales performance. Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, or other relevant fields of study. 6 years+ of work experience within a client management role preferably including e-commerce experience Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of retail, F&B and e-commerce A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient, and a team player with a willingness to learn A proficient communicator with experience in presenting to high-level executives Experience leading a team is a must Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus Team player with good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Able to write and communicate in English persuasively. Ability to speak in other languages a plus
